At present, obesity is not simply affecting individuals. The shocking thing is that it actually affects all types of people that it can even conjure an obese nation. In this case, we can take for a good example the case of America. With over 63% of population being overweight ( BMI greater than 25) and more than 30% obese ( BMI greater than 30), It is no wonder that the country has become one of the most populated with obesity cases. It is common knowledge that obesity is a cause of a lot of things. Its just as common to overlook the main prevailing cause of obesity – Yeah, we are talking food here. Obesity is a product of what we eat and just what might it be in the food that we eat that pushes us to become obese? Case in point here is about fast food. Fast food saves one’s time, but that’s primarily it. When it’s fast food, we can not expect too much with respect to nutrients that are contained in it. We can only expect it to satiate our hunger. Being overweight is a concern that runs deeper than merely the problem of having so many tight fitting jeans that make breathing impossible when you wear them.
